A lovely large double room available in a family home with a live in landlady, my 15 year old son, 23 year old niece (although she only stays one/two nights presently) and two young cats . All bills included and use of washing machine. Within 1 minute walk to West Worthing station and local shops. An easy 20 min walk to the beach/25 min to Worthing town. Quiet location and parking in the street, but easy commute to Worthing, Shoreham, Brighton, Chichester or London as very close to the train station.
Presently do not have a mattress for the bed. Could arrange one or could bring your own mattress. Also have the capacity for a single trundle bed, which can be stored under the double bed. Two double fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space . Room could also be unfurnished if need be.
