I am a live-in Live-in landlord looking for a flatmate for a very large 2 bedroom flat located right beside West Ealing station.
The Room
The room itself is huge (16ft x 10.8ft or 15.9m2) and comes with a brand new foam double bed, two large wardrobes and a chest of drawers, a desk and chair and a bedside table, with a lamp. The room also has triple glazing to keep out any nearby noise and comes with its own bathroom.
The Flat
Located on the first floor, the flat has recently been fully refurbished, with new paint, carpet, and furnishings throughout. With over 1000 sq feet the communal areas are also very large and spacious.
The bathroom has a shower and plenty of over sink storage for your toiletries
The communal kitchen/lounge is also very large. with a breakfast bar and a massive dining table and a large comfortable couch.
About Me
I am a 36-year-old male tech leader and musician, who enjoys making music, cooking, watching football and exploring London. I am goal orientated, meditate daily and work in tech.
About You
In terms of a flatmate, I am looking for someone who is very clean, friendly and mature. Not looking for a party animal, but you’re more than welcome to bring your friends over.
I like to keep the place clean at all times and have included a professional cleaner in the price, who will clean the entire flat every two weeks including your bedroom.
