My maisonette is located on a quiet cul-de-sac approximately 10 minutes walk to Loughton underground station from all the high street shops. There is also a bus stop opposite my road. It is also only a short short distance to Epping Forest and Buckhurst Hill.
The double room is fully furnished with double bed and wardrobe. It’s a sunny room, full of light, with clean modern decor.
The £550 rent per calendar month includes bills, and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, lounge and back garden which is directly attached to the property. There is free on street parking. It also includes shared TV and wi-fi.
The kitchen and bathroom provide all mod-cons. The kitchen has a almost new dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. The property has modern and clean decor throughout.
I am looking for a lodger who is a professional and LGBTQ friendly. Preferably clean and tidy, but no couples.
I am quite shy until I get to know someone but I’m friendly and sociable. I love the gym, yoga, dance, adrenaline sports, reading, and decent coffee. I part own a well-behaved long-haired chihuahua who stays weekends with me. Any questions please feel free to message me…
