I have a lovely 3 bedroomed home that I rent alone. With the rise of living costs and not liking being on my own all the time I feel it would be nice to share the bills and get a bit of company. It’s a double room, forgive the photos but I haven’t used or painted the room in a number of years. This will be done before move in. In process of sprucing up the whole house decorating wise but nice as is. Single bed is in there and supplied but happy to have new sharer bring their own. Tv table is in there and a wardrobe for clothing, not massive but there and supplied
On main bathroom to be used by sharer with shower, a downstairs loo also. Nice garden with trees, a garage gym, plenty of space around if needed.
I have two cats but they are friendly.
Big kitchen as well as living room/dining room to share.
Parking spot for a car and garage for any bikes:
I work long and unusual hours and keep myself to myself so looking for professional male or female to share the costs with. Hopefully in late 30s early 40s and must be working.
