Double room in quiet cosy house
Bright double room to rent in a terraced house in Catford, sharing with one female in late 40s. I work for an Architects firm in Angel sorting out their finance and HR stuff, 4 days a week. Also I have one sweet elderly cat Sophie, 20. (Yes really, 20).
Looking to share with a respectful and easygoing person.
The room is furnished but if you don’t require the desk that can be removed (see photos). And there will be curtains in the room, plain white.
It’s a 15min walk to Catford or Hither Green stations, but there are plenty of buses too. A few small convenience stores nearby plus an overpriced special food shop if you ever feel like getting a shock buying fancy granola.
A cleaner comes every other week, included in price.
The house also has a garden with a new outbuilding that I’m planning on turning into a workshop/studio space for doing messy creative things.
