Large terrace just off Kings Heath high street, with a well tended edible garden. Kings Heath is an actual community, full of great restaurants and music venues all within 5 minutes’ walk, with the parks just a little further. Fast access to town and country.

The house is a former family home (kids grown up). Lodgers have full use of kitchen/dining room, front room, garden. All bills, and cleaning included as a portion of rent.

I have one other lodger and someone who stays a couple of days a week during university terms. Sometimes I host a refugee.

Community is important to me. We live as a household, so anyone who is at home for dinner eats together, and we take turns to cook. I enjoy having international lodgers, and hope everyone would enjoy discovering each other’s cuisines and recipes, and eating from the garden whenever possible.

I have wide-ranging international interests and love anything that’s different. I write, study, cycle and work in a traditional hardware store, and enjoy dancing, music, and building things from recycled materials.

Long term lodger welcome. I don’t have a cat right now but have been thinking of getting one, so if you have one that could be ideal!
