Room available in bungalow in Woodingdean. Is a double size, but has single bed, so plenty of space. Currently there is one other lodger, so we will be a team of three, plus two dogs and three chickens. Looking for a dog-friendly, non-smoking, tidy person, preferably vegetarian and interested in a sustainable lifestyle, who enjoys the semi-rural location and a large garden, perhaps would even like to grow their own veg … Off-road parking is available and also storage space for bikes. Whilst bordering on the South Downs National Park, there is still easy access to central Brighton, and location is ideal for the Falmer campus if cycling, but not if relying on public transport.
