I live in a new build, 4 bed detached property with garden and garage. It’s a family home with children, aged 19-17 and 5. The room is a single, with plenty of light. Room for a single bed, drawers and wardrobe or desk. This arrangement would probably suit a single parent who needs a safe space to bring their child on occasions. I don’t mind the age but it would be unsuitable for a baby or small toddler.
I have a friendly dog and cat too.
The open plan kitchen has a utility room and lots of space.
The living room is my family area that leads to the garden.
I’m pretty chilled out, I’m a teacher, busy mum and looking for someone to slot right in. I’ve got super nice neighbours and the street is really quiet being a dead end road.
Unfortunately, my house is the only one without parking for 2 cars, but there is street parking.
My situation is, I need to make a passive income by renting out the room due to a change in my circumstances. I am planning to move around June-July 23. So the person should be okay with that.
They should also be okay with living with two teenage boys who are lovely, and my chatty 5 year old.
