I’m a professional landlord but this is my home. I have a terrapin and it is also his home and he likes to wonder around outside his tank from time to time. The property also has an outbuilding which contains a gym. You’d be welcome to use it as long as I don’t have PT clients. Parking is available at the back or on the road at the front. I’m extremely liberal and you’d be welcome to bring guests back as you please. However, I do have one golden rule which is no illegal drugs ! I would worry about my terrapin and his safety. I’m extremely protective of him ! Alas, the last guy was in his 60s, ex schoolteacher and he didn’t respect the only rule. If you a drug free zone then I’d be delighted to hear from you. The image is of the room and he is moving out imminently, hence the boxes. Please note he brought his own furniture so most of it will go but I’m happy to add items as needed.
