Hi! Iโm a graduate student at Flinders University and have a room available for $200 a week in Torrensville in a fully furnished half house. We have the NBN and electricity & water are shared bills. The house is old (art deco) with wooden floors/high ceilings, your own private entrance, an external laundry and a large backyard. This wonderful heritage home is composed of myself and 3 friendly indoor cats. The house is a non-smoking household, no drugs or couples. It would suit a quiet, respectful person who likes to socialise a little. We are queer, disability and spiritually friendly.
