Access to the station means the Exeter – London line and all stations on it are within easy reach.
All bills included except heat and electric which is split equally with the other house mate (I am often away)
You must be reliable, honest, quiet, responsible, friendly and professional. Two financial references are required from previous employer or financial referee.
