Professionals in training, mature students, or person/couple considering settling in mid-Derbyshire / the Peak District are most welcome. I can offer quiet, attractive accommodation, on the edge of town, but within 15 mins (steep!) walking distance of the town centre, and immediate access to meadowland and countryside. The town is a strong and varied community, with excellent local services and good transport links.
