Bed-sitting room and kitchenette with shared use of bathroom available from Easter 2022 , in semi-detached house in Belper (mid-Derbyshire) This is a medium sized town in the Derwent Valley, within easy reach of the Peak District, and won the Great British High Street Champion Award in 2019, I’m a retired university lecturer with a strong interests in sustainable living, horticulture, and beekeeping. Professionals in training, mature students, or person/couple considering settling in mid-Derbyshire / the Peak District are most welcome. I can offer quiet, attractive accommodation, on the edge of town, but within 15 mins (steep!) walking distance of the town centre, and immediate access to meadowland and countryside. The town is a strong and varied community, with excellent local services and good transport links.
