Spacious, quiet, dual aspect en-suite room in lovely, large, well maintained 5 bedroom house with only two other adults in full-time occupation. The bedroom (originally the master suite) isnโt adjacent to any other bedrooms and feels very private. It has a newly fitted en-suite. It can be provided either furnished or unfurnished – the pictures show my daughterโs furniture! The room has been decorated since the pictures.
Downstairs there is a luxurious, large newly fitted kitchen, the main family lounge, a lovely guest reception room, a good size utility room and toilet. The lodger will have exclusive use of the reception room most of the time.
We have a large drive with plenty of parking and the garden is sunny, charming and welcoming.
The other occupants are the couple who own the house (professionals in their early 50โs). Adult children visit from time to time. We have 2 cats.
Superb location: a 4 min walk to the beach, 2 mins from the train station and 5 minutes into town.
