One room available in a two bedroom first floor flat/maisonette in Erdington, Birmingham. Price on ad is just rent but we currently pay £450 per month each, which covers all bills as well as rent.
One female Lead tenant looking for another female to move in to the second room. Flat comprises of living room with separate kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, our own entrance with porch (not a block of flats) and our own garden. It’s on the end so neighbours below and to one side only, and the avalable bedroom is at the back so no noise from the road. Local shop a few doors down, short walk into Erdington town centre, and easy access to Birmingham City centre via bus or train. Leisure centre with gym/swimming pool walking distance. Roadside parking.
I work full time 6 days a week at the day job. I’m also a musician (write/practice with headphones so this isn’t noisy) so that involves some evenings out/time in my room working on music, so there’ll be time to yourself in the flat. I also like to watch films/Netflix etc, and rugby when it’s on.
My current flat mate will have to sell the wardrobe in the room as it won’t fit in her new place, so there’s an option to buy that from her and leave it there.
