We are a working couple, living on the top two floors, so we share the front door of our town house – and we share the washing machine, which is under the stairs in the hallway.
You will have sole use of the fully furnished & fully equipped rooms on the ground floor: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge, which leads to the secluded garden. There is a TV & DVD Player in the lounge with BT (Fibre with Halo 1) wireless broadband. There is no oven in the kitchen – only a microwave & an electric hob.
We are looking for a single lady (strictly non-smoker) wanting a quiet life. There is no allocated parking for private vehicles but we are situated just 5 mins walk from Brentwood High Street (with numerous bus routes) and 12-15 mins walk from Brentwood Station (TFL Zone 9). Perfect for a non-driver! We have another lovely female resident – our cat, Daisy ๐
