Double Room with Ensuite (6 months potentially longer)
Friendly, relaxed house suitable for quiet/calm professionals. It was my family home and I am now away most of the time pursuing a new life in France. Putting the house on the market pending divorce, so stating short term, but these things can take quite a long time, as we all know. The house is located in Hangleton close to main and small supermarkets, chemist, GP, Dentist and plenty of buses into town (20 mins journey approx). Portslade station is a short walk with trains direct to Victoria/Hove/Brighton and along the south coast. Great neighbours, quiet and friendly. Parking is free. If you are in a relationship , no problem with visitors. The room is a good size with plenty of storage and a very comfortable bed. The garage is being used for all our bikes and various bits at the moment. The ensuite is very comfortable and fairly large. I am retaining a room for myself but won’t be in the house very often. My adult daughter sometimes will use my room, however. on the odd occasion and be at the house. Garden has a lovely patio and BBQ plus plants – perfect for summer eves.
