Hello, thanks for checking out my spare room and family home! I look forward to hearing from you if you think you’d fit in well:)

I live here with my 2 delightful daughters who are 8 years and 12 years old. They are super friendly, sociable and also really good with privacy and boundaries. I promise they don’t barge in un-invited!

We have 2 very sweet house bunnies who live in the top part of the house. Your bedroom is 2 floors below them so I guarantee they won’t wander in un-invited either!

I’m really into healthy eating and healthy living and therefore would be looking for a vegetarian, non- smoking tenant.

The actual bedroom is a great size with 2 floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, a big sash window and a king size double bed with memory foam mattress. It is on its own floor next to the bathroom and front door.
The bathroom is shared with myself and my daughters.

Although this is a double bedroom it is for single occupancy only.

The house is in a very beautiful part of brighton in walking distance to the shops, the beach, parks, the station and all essentials are round the corner. It is quiet and friendly and has street parking available.

The best part is that you would also have a key to a private garden in the road which is a haven of peace and tranquility.
