-Local shops 5 minutes walking distance including a bus stop 5 minutes walking distance into town.

-Both Preston park and Moulsecoomb train stations are 10 minutes walking distance.

Rent includes all bills including council tax, internet, and all other utility bills.

Rent is £700 her calendar month and £400 deposit in advance.
