Hi, my flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to share the flat with. I would like to find a student or a professional, single person that is clean and tidy.

Pets? – No – landlord won’t allow it
Parking – yes, outside space for 1 car

Deposit: £550 – paid BEFORE the 1st of September (moving day) into Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
Walking distance to UWE Glenside, restaurants, cafes, a large choice of supermarkets (Morrisons, Lidl, Aldi, B&M, Iceland), post office, gym (JD gyms), pharmacy, GP clinics, banks (Lloyds and NatWest), Fishponds Park & Eastville Park and Fishpond Library.
Regular buses to the City Centre (48X and 49X will take to the Centre in 15min or use 48, 48A, 49; bus 17 will take you up to Southmead Hospital).
Walking distance to UWE Glenside campus and 15min on 48A bus to UWE Frenchay campus.
The flat is located on the first floor.

Upstairs: A double room (mine). A living room with a leather sofa.
About me: I’ve been living here for about 2 years and work as a nurse at Southmead Hospital. I’m a quiet, easy-going, clean person.

-Rent: £525/month /per person
-Gas & Electricity: £17.87/person
– Virgin Media broadband: £31.14/person (Virgin Media, M100 Fibre Broadband, Speed: 10Mbps)
– Council tax (B): £80/person
– Water: £44/person/ only twice a year
