There are two pubs, within walking distance (one; character, beams, log fires, local/s- other; a bit more gastro (not really into pubs) – the only reason we mention this, is there are places within walking distance where you can enjoy historic, up market/nice ambiance and good food, there is also an ‘Almshouse Tearoom/all home baked, post office, coop, pharmacy, etc ) – House: Arty, stylish but relaxed (all newly decorated, new carpets, new bathroom/1 1/2 baths) (NB. There are 2 bathrooms/pls NB. There are not 5 bathrooms/put in 2 – it’s saying 5/would be nice but would require the other rooms in the Estate Home ? ) Room; decorated, new carpets, furniture, also Linen Couch plus – own fridge/area to prepare lite food/snacks etc – Share main/other/ living area (22’) – space. This is a genuine nice abode for someone equally, with respect for people, space, schedule, environment, community/someone who wants to do their own life, but mix in – for someone who wants to enjoy their space/would want to see perspective sitting on couch with a cuppa.
