House is handy for North Street’s cafes, shops and bars and has easy access to Ashton Court, the harbour and the bike path to Pill. Near 24 bus route into town, or it’s a short walk.
This room is downstairs and has half-glazed double doors that look into a bright lean-to. The room is opposite – and very handy for – an understairs bathroom containing sink and WC. The main bathroom (pictured) with sink, WC, shower and bath is upstairs. The bookcases and tabletop will be gone. Using one of the bookcases, the armchair and lamp is optional. Bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail could be supplied for the right person.

Ideally you work outside the home during the day, are vegetarian or vegan, and are looking for somewhere long-term, but this is just a wishlist!
