• I am looking for a professional, and preferably creative-minded, person to share the house in which I currently live.
• We would share the large living room, kitchen-diner, Bathroom (there is a downstairs toilet), utility room, and a good-sized garden.
• You would have a large double bedroom and a second smaller room to use as an office/studio (or indeed anything you like). The empty room and the room with office furniture in the photos are the rooms on offer.
• Your 2 rooms are unfurnished.
• The communal parts of the property are furnished, and there is a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. However, we can look to accommodate your furniture, too.
• Loft space for storage.
• Two friendly cats, Harvey and Pickle, live here, too. I would consider a further cat.
• There is easy street parking, and it’s a 3 minute walk to Wells Road where buses 2, 2a, 376 run regularly.
• The price is £800 p/m plus bills and council tax. Broadband is a shared bill. References and associated checks will be carried out by the landlord’s estate agent.
