The cottage is situated in 16 acres of garden, woodland and pastures, with farm animals, allowing for social distancing and plenty of room for exercise, walking and bird watching.

Upstairs is a large double bed studio and en suite bathroom., downstairs there is kitchen diner and toilet. There is gas central heating and a bottled gas wood burner type stove upstairs..

WiFi is available free for browsing and emails. More extensive use and faster broadband use is available at extra cost.

We are letting this much loved and very pretty cottage fully furnished and serviced..

We clean the cottage weekly for £25.

Parking is off road and secure at the front of the main house. 20 minutes walk away there is a bus service to Totnes. There is good train service from Totnes to London – approx 3 hrs journey. Totnes is 20 minutes drive away.

We are looking for quiet mature people who love nature and will enjoy living on a farm property with lots of animals.

There is a large National Trust woodland adjoining our land, with the River Dart running through it.. We are in Dartmoor National Park.
