Fantastic location – secluded and peaceful, backing on to Rib river, but very near Co-op and town centre. Designated car space in off-road parking area. Well-built 1980’s terrace, double-glazed and light, so easy to keep warm – and no thin walls where you can hear every word the neighbour says! 🙂 I am looking for a tidy, “mature” single professional who works full-time, keeps reasonable hours and will look after the place as if it is their own home. You’ll have the place to yourself sometimes. Age, sexuality and gender do not matter – just someone who is considerate, e. g. tidies-up, washes-up and cleans-up after themselves. I’m vegetarian but you do not have to be. My biggest bugbear is probably noise, so I guess someone who likes the quiet life would be perfect! 🙂
