The Deposit is £240 & £240 rent in advanced. £480 to move in.
I normally rent the room on an every 2 weeks payment with 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks notice, but this website will only let me add monthly.
However, I am still happy to do the 2 weeks deposit and pay every 2 weeks in advance.
That makes it a little cheaper for you to move in, as I will need £230 for 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent £230 total £460 to move in. The rent will be paid ongoing every 2 weeks £230. My past lodgers prefer this way.

The area is very quiet and respectable and not a place to have wild parties, as the other apartment owners are mature business people.
2 weeks notice when leaving. This is in keeping with 2 weeks deposit.
