4 ROOMS TO RENT – building a househare in my owner occupied house. Big, light, modern, stylish 5 bed architectural house in Mendips Village, 4 miles south of Glastonbury. Owner occupied, 1 female looking for housemates, renting out other 4 bedrooms short term up to 8 months. Looking to build a houseshare thats friendly, tolerant, safe and warm hearted – I don’t know what that is yet, only that an open-heart and no expectations best. I’m a 51 year old female, post kids, counsellor (only at work, we have to be insufferable to help change), stuck in family home post divorce, happily making plans for new future. Listed room prices include all bills and shared parts of the house – 2 lounges, an office, big car parking area, huge open plan kitchen/diner, broadband, TV etc. No pets, sorry, black cat lives here already. Couples considered. This is an early post to gauge interest, more details and discussions to follow. Drop me a note, first housemates help – joint decisions. Immediate availability.
