Weโre friendly and sociable but enjoy our own space at times, and respect other peopleโs space. Thereโs a garden, piano, and a lovely kitchen. Weโd love to share the space with someone looking to live in a professional household thatโs welcoming , creative and respectful.

with James (Orchestral Producer) and Ruth (Music Therapist). We like a range of things, but both enjoy cooking, music, and sharing the odd glass of wine.
The room is a well-proportioned double room (3m x 3.5m – 10โ x 12โ),with space for a desk for home working and a lovely view out to the garden. The garden is well established, with plenty of room for
sitting outside on warm evenings. Youโd be sharing a bathroom with one other.
Thereโs a good WiFi connection. At the moment we both do a mix of home working and going out for work. When home we mostly work from our rooms and we try to keep the communal space free for relaxing as much as possible, but thereโs some room for flexibility on this on the odd occasion.
Ideally we’d like to meet another like-minded person who wants to be
part of a relaxed, yet clean and tidy house-share.
Longer-term tenancies preferred.
Part-furnished (wardrobe and possibly double bed-frame if desired (no mattress),
On street parking in the surrounding streets.
