Quiet and mature shared houseshare with four others (currently one woman and three men, 2 of us in our 50s, 2 in 30s) has 2 double rooms available (fully furnished, not furniture in photos but queen-sized bed with mattress, a desk with office chair and lamp, storage solutions (including wardrobe and cupboard) will be supplied).
Large, clean and tidy house with garden. 3 toilets, 2 showers, 1 bath. Great location in Central Cambridge, close to Midsummer Common and river. Weekly cleaning included in rent along with Wi Fi and all bills. Permit parking available. Non smoking and vegetarian house (no meat or fish in the house). Looking for housemates over 30. Sorry, no undergrad students.
