Hi there,
I am a gay professional, considerate and cultured man looking for a housemate for a year to two years, for a calm, peaceful house in central Cambridge, 10mins from Cambridge station.
The property is a listed Victorian house with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The house has a good-sized garden and gated barrow-way connected to a side road.
It’s possible to walk into the city centre in 10-12mins and Parker’s Piece, Christ’s Pieces and other park areas are a stone’s throw from the property.
I am in my late thirties, sociable but also appreciative of being on my own, with a keen interest in literature, writing and art.
Ideally, you would be preferably a professional, commuting to and working in Cambridge, London or surrounding areas. Please note that a car-parking space does not come with the house but a resident’s parking permit can be obtained through the council and there is parking space right outside the front door.
