If you are a working person looking for a comfortable home to live in, then this is the perfect place for you!
Please let me know about your profession, interests, and the duration for which you are looking to rent a room. We can then arrange a meeting at a mutually convenient time.
I have a spare double bedroom available in my two-bed, end-of-terrace house, which is located within a 12-minute walking distance from Grange Hill and a 17-minute walking distance from Hainault underground stations (Central Line). The high street is just a 5-minute walk away and provides amenities such as food shops, post office, pharmacy, café, etc.
All bills, including council tax, electricity, gas, water, high-speed broadband (Virgin), and regular cleaning for communal spaces, are included in the rent. My house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac road and has two floors, a big garden, and space for a car/van in the driveway. The bedrooms are located upstairs, with a shared bathroom. There is another WC downstairs.
Your bedroom would have a double bed with plenty of storage space, and additional storage is available in the loft (if needed). The room is garden-facing, making the view relaxing and peaceful.
Downstairs, you have access to a big living room and a massive kitchen, with an additional seating area for entertainment and socialising. The garden is big, and you can access it directly from the kitchen. The driveway has space for a car/van.
A little bit about me: I am a 54-year-old female working in the outdoor heritage sector, and I enjoy socialising, spending time with friends, having long walks and spending time in my garden. I also like having quiet time at home, for example sitting around the fire in my garden. I have an easygoing personality; I am used to sharing my home with other people and getting along with people from different backgrounds. Some, common house-rules apply, such as keeping the communal spaces tidy and doing your dishes after you have eaten! 😊
The room is available immediately for a minimum of six months. I would require original documents with copies, including your passport (if not British, then the relevant visa documents with the passport), 3 months’ latest salary payslip, or 3 months’ latest bank statement, and previous landlord’s references.
