Hi, I am a father of two boys who lives in Chigwell. I am looking for 2 new room mates to move in. I am listing a double room and a single room so happy to have two friends move in if preferred.
I am looking for a new room mate who is reliable and trustworthy and will pay the rent on time for the full month. I live in a nice sized house and will provide a fridge for you to use and you can use the cooking facilities. I am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and will be polite and friendly. I will be working at home in the new year so will be around a lot. We have a patio for hanging up clothes and a toilet downstairs and a toilet upstairs in a nice sized bathroom with a shower and bath as well.
It is also about an 8 minute walk to Hainault station which is very convenient and has frequent tubes on the central line. There is a Lidl about 8 minutes walk and about a 4 minute walk to Londis. You will also have a cupboard in the kitchen for use.
