Hello! Are you on the hunt for a place to call home close to Gatwick, but surrounded by beautiful countryside? Then this might be perfect place for you! We have a stunning Tudor house with plenty of land to offer.
Take your pick from six bedrooms, including a luxurious double bedroom with a super king bed, sky tv, and a large en-suite with a beautiful roll top bath. If you’re after more privacy, this room even has a separate dressing room cut off from the rest of the house. We also have another double bedroom with an en-suite, as well as four other double bedrooms of varying sizes.
The house is full of character, with original beams throughout, making it feel super homely. We want everyone to feel at home here, so feel free to put your own stamp on the place.
There’s a large sitting room with a big open fireplace and a snuggly log burner, perfect for a movie night or listening to records with a roaring fire. With winter approaching, it’s the ideal spot to cozy up.
The kitchen has both an aga and electric oven and hob.and most importantly we have a separate drinks fridge for the wine. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer. We are also looking to get another fridge freezer so you will all have enough space to store things. I reckon we would designate everyone their own cupboard with access to all the plates/ pots and pans/ cutlery etc. Basically everything would be yours to use as you like.
We’re all about making everyone feel comfortable, so whether you prefer your own space or love to socialise, there’s plenty of room to do either.
A little about us – we’re a couple who love to socialise but also value our own space. Gary is retired, and I (Lucy) am a scriptwriter. We’re both big music lovers and enjoy traveling.
I moved here from London earlier this year and fell in love with the peaceful countryside. It’s the perfect escape from the chaos of the world and truly feels like home. We’re looking for like-minded people who would be happy here.
