A contrast to East Croydon but only 12 mins away by tram/bus. 25mins to Clapham Junction; 40 mins to Victoria & London Bridge. 30 mins to Gatwick. 5 mins walk to High Street with 4 supermarkets incl Sainsburys, Coop and Tesco, cafés and a number of local parks. Bromley shopping centre – 10mins.

You will predominantly be sharing with 1 person.

Housemates 1 – a Londoner who now divides her time between London 50% and Amsterdam 50%. When in the UK, I work from home so mainly on conference calls all day in my room.

Housemate 2 is an Essex girl who is like a unicorn. You’ll be lucky to see her. She is currently working from home during Covid but usually works locally in local government and out at the weekends..

You’ll be mainly sharing with Housemate 2

– – The New Housemate – –
We’re looking to share with people of a similar age to us – early 40-45. A glass of wine, some cooking, play a bit of music, may have an impromptu BBQ (pre-covid) but we’re busy people.

If you need a rota in order to clean or need to be told to dig your hair out of the plughole, then this probably isn’t the house isn’t for you. We’re only interested in adults that just clean up after themselves without being asked.
