Looking for clean, responsible people to share- ideally 3 friends/colleagues/family members etc… Can also offer the rooms on a lodger basis as the Live-in landlord lives in the property (but works away a lot so spends minimal time in the property and doesn’t use the kitchen at all).
No smoking or pets allowed. Minimum 6 month tenancy. Council tax is included in the rent so you would not have to pay for this. Bills to be equally shared between sharers in the flat.
