We have a lovely bungalow in leafy Evington with a good sized garden and off-road parking. It is a 10 minute walk from the Leicester General Hospital and a couple of minutes walk from the 22(a/b/e) bus stop with a frequent, 20 min, service to the city centre.

We are open to renting the two rooms separately, but would prefer to rent them together and the price reflects this.

Each room – £675/m
Both rooms together – £975/m.

The rooms are currently laid out as one double bedroom and a study/consulting room, but could be used as two double bedrooms.

The two rooms share a bathroom which would be for your sole use if you took both rooms.

The rooms open onto a courtyard garden which would be for the exclusive use of the occupiers of the rooms. If you are a keen gardener you would be welcome to also make use of the main garden.

Members of the family use the master bedroom (not shown in photos) between two and four nights per week and my father, who is in a local care home, sometimes likes to come over during the day with carers and family members. the master bedroom has its own ensuite so the bathroom, shown in the photos is essentially to be used by the lodgers.
