Retired professional photographer and now house historian living in a beautiful house 7 mins from the sea and The Old High Street. 25 min walk to Folkestone Station or 5 mins by car. No through road, with plenty of permit parking. Very quiet indeed. The room is in the eaves of the house (top floor), with the bathroom on the floor below and the living room, kitchen, and sitting room on the ground floor. Small patio garden with storage for a bike if needed. It’s a suntrap as it faces south. You can walk to The Old High Street in 7 mins and the centre of town in 10 mins, and there are many cabs here too. I work from home as a house historian, so I would prefer someone who works outside the home. I would prefer to live with a vegetarian like me, though it’s not a deal-breaker. I am very chilled and happy to chat or leave you to your own devices.
