Im seeking a friendly, good humoured non smoking Professional, aged 25 to 50 to take over the tenancy of the other Double Room from Monday 1st April, in the Flat i have rented for last 8 years, as sadly my current flatmate has to relocate for work.
The double room available is in a stunning fourth floor, two bedroom modern flat within the landmark Randolph Gate Development at the heart of Broomhill in The West End of Glasgow.
The flat comprises secure entrance giving access to lift and stairs; reception hallway with cupboard boiler; open plan lounge/dining room with fabulous views; fitted kitchen; master bedroom with en suite which has a walk in shower; and a further double bedroom (which is the one available to rent) and main bathroom with bath and shower attachment which you will have sole use of.
You will also have access to the walk in shower in my ensuite whenever required.

And household essentials of £15pm.
There will be a £375 deposit required for Dj Alexander who I rent the flat from.
