The dining kitchen is fully furnished too, including washing machine and microwave with ample cooking and dining equipment provided, while the bathroom is also guaranteed to impress, with not only a separate quadrant shower but a stunning, freestanding roll-top bath; a joy to relax back into after a hard night’s studying/work!

In addition, once my little one is tucked up in bed come 8pm, I’m keen to keep the house peaceful, for obvious reasons, to enjoy a lovely full night’s sleep! To highlight the point, this isn’t a party flat. My resident landlord status permits just two others to inhabit the property alongside me at any one time therefore having partners/pals over to stay is therefore not possible, thanks.
