The dining kitchen is fully furnished too, including washing machine and microwave with ample cooking and dining equipment provided, while the bathroom is also guaranteed to impress, with not only a separate quadrant shower but a stunning, freestanding roll-top bath; a joy to relax back into after a hard night’s studying/work!
The flat has central heating, newly fitted, interlinked fire alarms and heat detectors, warm grey carpets and a fresh white and grey decor. In addition, once my little one is tucked up in bed come 8pm, I’m keen to keep the house peaceful, for obvious reasons, to enjoy a lovely full night’s sleep! To highlight the point, this isn’t a party flat. My resident landlord status permits just two others to inhabit the property alongside me at any one time therefore having partners/pals over to stay is therefore not possible, thanks.
The rent is £585pcm plus your one third share of the set gas and electricity bill, being currently £128 per month each. Already included within the rent is unlimited, wireless broadband, water charges, TV license, council tax share and ground maintenance so no further monies are due each month.
