There is a washing machine, tumble drier and American fridge/freezer, and all the other usual things you’d expect to find.
Room is approximately 3 metres square and has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
Shared living room with TV with Sky (Sky sports, BT sports & movies included). Also Sky cable wifi available.
Live-in Live-in landlord who works evenings as a dance teacher. Quiet personality outside work. I have 2 cats and a small (hypo-allergenic) puppy, and anyone looking to live here must be a non-smoker.
We have a cleaner once a fortnight as I hate dusting and vacuuming!
There is an off-road parking space available.
Happy to live with anyone as long as they are quiet, clean and tidy.
