– The house is 10 minutes walk from Gravesend mainline train station with excellent links to London (Kings Cross in approximately 25 minutes).
– Very well placed for other local amenities: good size park (with free tennis courts, fitness apparatus and child play areas), Tesco and Co-op local stores, all takeaway’s, dentists, doctors and more all within 5-10 minutes walk.
– Bedroom can be provided as furnished or unfurnished.
– Shed also available for storage (limited amount).
– Reasonable garden space available.
