I am looking for two lodgers to rent the two bedrooms (single occupancy per room) I have available in a top floor warehouse conversion flat in Dalston.
I use the open space living room area during the day (Mondays to Fridays) for working as well as caring for my 4 year old daughter and am looking for lodgers who have a 9-5 job Mon-Fri. Each of the bedrooms is for single occupancy only and would also suit, professionals that are looking for accommodation from Mondays to Fridays.
The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The premise has a TV, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave. All bills and WiFi included.
You will have the use of the open plan living space, kitchen and bathroom.
No central heating but rooms are very well electric heated as well as gaz bottle heating for the open space.
Smoking/non smoking (your choice) outside only.
The premise is eclectically styled from recycled/reclaimed materials. 1000 sq/F small ex-factory conversion. The building has a very large shared garden.
Conveniently located in the vibrant East End, Dalston (closed to Dalston Kingsland Overground station). Excellent transport link. All go directly to Central & West End destinations.
