I have a double room available to rent in our family home in Thundersley, Essex. The location has the benefit of being quiet but also close to the A13 Kiln Road with buses to both Benfleet and Rayleigh stations.
The room is 11’8” by 9’10” with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as air conditioning. The bathroom will be for your sole use, unless we have guests staying and we have 2 lounges with Sky tv so plenty of space to relax. There is a large shared kitchen / dining room with access to all appliances including washing machine and tumble drier, your own cupboard for storage and space in fridge / freezer.
There is ample driveway parking and a lovely garden for the summer. All bills included (including broadband) and we have a cleaner every week (option to include your room in this).
Looking for a considerate tidy professional female to share with me, my daughter and our small friendly dog. I’m a hybrid worker, working at home with some days in London. We have plenty of space if you also work from home.
