Hello this is a small single room in our family room. May suit professional working in the week. We have a 56 year old lodger and we are a family of 4 as well. There is a bus stop outside which provides a link every 10 mins to the local town of Harrogate and Knaresborough. We also have the train station 10 minutes away which leads to Leeds and York via the above towns. We have a grand piano in the music sitting room at the front of the house and a snug at the rear where we watch Tv. We have a large kitchen and we also have a spare dining room if you want to work. We have two fires which we use in winter and there is a nice garden. There is no way parking. However you can park on the pavement in front of the house or in nearby streets. We have lived lived with lodgers and language students and Au Pairs always and would seek a person that has an interest in children ! Because they can be noisy and interested in who they live with. They are lovely though and our daughter is starting high school so will be very tired taking the train to and from York! It’s a great house.
