Hi! I’m Steve and I’m looking for a housemate in a lovely two-bedroom semi detached house in Haywards Heath, Mid Sussex.

A bit about me, I’m 43 and training to be a healthcare assistant at the local private hospital. As a result of this, I work varied shifts. I enjoy music, cooking, Netflix (who doesn’t?!) and spending time with friends.
The room is at the front of the house, furnished, with a king-sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a ‘Jack and Jill’-style bathroom which is shared with my room. There is a loft with plenty of storage space.
Downstairs there is a living room, vestibule, dining room, kitchen and utility room with washing machine, fridge, freezer and ubiquitous counter-top appliances.
Heading outside there is a conservatory, patio and large garden with a shed. There’s also a small garden at the front of the property.
Included in the rent is the water, council tax, Sky, WiFi and fixed landline. We’ll have a monthly chat about the energy bills due to the fluctuating nature of that subjecct.
If you like pets then you’re in luck as I have two cats.
There is a driveway and is approximately five minutes walk from Haywards Heath station which has direct services to Brighton, London Bridge,, London Victoria and all stations in between.
Opposite, there is a convenience store open 0600-1800 and is a short walk to Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. The town centre is a fifteen minute walk away.
