I have a double bedroom to rent. The bedroom has a king size bed with a blue colour scheme, a wardrobe and double windows looking onto the back gardens..
I live in an ideal location close to schools,local shops, public transport and about 3.5 miles outside of High Wycombe. There are several buses into High Wycombe as well as into surrounding areas.
The house is a semi-detached, lived in, and built in the 1960s.
It has four bedrooms, one bathroom, and one downstairs sink and toilet.
The house has a large garage and on street parking is available.
I also have a large back garden and one front garden.
This is a fine area to go for walks as we are surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Pets are welcome, although these should we well house trained and under control, and of course, friendly!
Note, smoking is banned inside the premises.
Also note, this is not an ultra-modern house, but it should be comfortable and is centrally heated.
There are still parts that could do with some re-decoration, but other than that, everything is in working order.
I do live here!. Locks would have to be installed in the upstairs bedrooms in order to preserve everyone’s privacy.
The bathroom has been recently painted and new floor and taps installed.
I have no pets living here at present but you dont have to be a oet owner in order to rent the bedroom.
The back garden would be ideal for pets, but not for small children, as it is on two levels and has a sheer dtop on either side of the steps.
Please note, the property is carpeted throughout, and the top bedroom (extension) is not centrally heated but has a radiator.
