The house was built in 2012 and is standard looking new build estate. It’s about a 15 min walk into St IVes where you have the river and the shops and the bars, etc. The busway is about a 25 min walk or you can park and ride there.
Unique opportunity, I own the home but I travel 95 % so have no plans to be in Cambridge for at least the summer. And beyond. I would however, like to keep the top floor of 3 story townhouse (my bedroom and the box room) you cold have access to the family bathroom with bathtub on that floor and then you effectively you are getting 2 bedrooms (1 is en-suite ) on the middle floor and downstairs is toilet, utility room and open plan kitchen diner with doors out to garden. I would like to keep this arrangement for 6 months and then completely move out and at that time I would agree to keep the rent at the same rate but transfer the cost and responsibility of the bills to you as with a proper rental OR you could decide to move on OR we could figure it out.
All bills are included and I will keep all bills in my name if that suits you including council tax, however you are welcome to register as living there on the electoral role if you need to .
