I am a 60-year-old woman living in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes’ walk from Barkingside tube (zone 4 – central line). I am looking for a female housemate and am offering A BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM & LOO, ALL FOR SOLE USE. I have my own bedroom, living room and loo, so we would just share the kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing machine, oven and microwave, although no dish-washer.
I am looking for a professional woman who is friendly, approachable, generally quiet and respectful and I can offer the same. I have a cat and am looking for a genuine cat-lover who would be willing to take care of him for short periods when I go away. He can be quite vocal during the night though, so please don’t apply if this would bother you. No smoking, drugs or parties.
I have front and back gardens, so someone who would be interested in helping take care of these would be an advantage, although this isn’t absolutely necessary.
The rent is £600 per calendar month and includes all bills. First month’s rent and security deposit of £300 payable in advance. 2 references required.
