Room to rent in my home near hospital and town
My home is in a quiet location in East Ipswich, IP4. The no 75 bus route has nearby stop, giving easy access to town Centre (20 mins walk) or Ipswich Hospital (10 mins walk). The modern house is in very good condition and I am a quiet homely live in landlord. I am 43 years old and work four days a week as a Speech and Language Therapist for the NHS. I also have a friendly cat.
I am looking to welcome one person into my home who is reasonably quiet but friendly, considerate and clean. Non smoker only please. The double sized bedroom has just been decorated and has a single bed, wardrobe, desk, drawer unit, bedside cabinet, bookcase & fitted carpet & radiator.
The ground floor offers shared use of the kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave (utensils if required), dining room, lounge and cloakroom/toilet. There is also a patio garden and on street parking. The first floor houses the bathroom having bath with shower over and WC. You will have largely exclusive use of this as I have an en suite shower room. The only time it will be shared is when my parents or friends come to stay.
The rent is £550 pcm (£400 deposit). I would prefer a minimum six-month term. Broadband wifi connection, electricity, water, gas & council tax included.
