I have a daughter who stays on alternate weekends who is 12 years old and has her own room.
There are shops and a park within very short walking distance and we are only 4 mins drive to town centre while being next to the Puxton nature reserve. The train station is nearby around 5 mins by car or a half hour walk.
I am a quiet person who loves keeping fit and lucky enough to have a great job. I do love pizza way to much though!
Due to having my daughter on occasion she has expressed a preference for a female housemate.
