I have a 1 available in a beautiful 4 bedroom house in the desirable area of GarforthLeeds. I feel that we have the best of both worlds hereGarforth has a lovely community ‘village’ feel but we are a 5 minute walk to the train station and you can be into Leeds City Centre in 10 minutes. Trains are every 15/20 minutes. We are also very near the M62 so it is excellent for getting around and about either by road or public transport. I live here with my two (very friendly and well-behaved!) children 13 & 9who spend several days a week at their dads. We are a very easy-going familyand easy to get along with. We also have a cat Ringo. I am looking for £400 a month (all bills and WiFi included) and a £200 bond. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
